What are BEH travel “Education Tours”?

Our BEH travel Education tours are managed with the cooperation of colleges and universities. You can select your college/university course and the city of your choosing in order to participate in classes and the tour.
Click on "Education" from the top navigation bar. Here, the link will take you to page where you will see all of BEH Travel’s active Education tour packages. To view details of each tour, you can click on that Education tour package and see details of each tour which includes dates, highlights, and specific package details.

BEH travel Health Tours incorporate the most lucrative and influential health-related exhibitions around the world. How can I find specific tours?

There are two ways to locate individual BEH travel tours.

1. From the homepage, locate the search box and search for your desired tour.

2. Bring your mouse over to "Find a Trip" which is located on the top navigation bar. A search box will appear, and you can begin your search for desired tours.

Where can I find tour brochures?

Click on the “Brochure” tab/link located at the top right of the page and search for any of tours / packages. You can also download the brochure.

How can I check my booking status?

Click on "My Booking" from the top right side of the page and enter your email and booking number. You will be able to check the latest status and details of your booking.

Where can I find my trip’s itinerary?

If you check your booking two weeks before your trip, you will see a full itinerary of your trip.

How can I get in contact with a BEH travel office?

Click on "Contact us" located at the bottom of the page. Fill out and submit the form online. A BEH travel department representative will reply to your message.

Can I see the website in another language?

You can select your desired language from "Select Language" box at the bottom of each page on the BEH travel website.

Where can I login to Agent Account?

Click on "Login Here" from bottom of page front of "Are you a team or Agent?" and then can login to your account.

How can I retrieve my account password?

Click on Forgot Password below the login boxes and enter your email address which you used during the time of registration. Your Password will be emailed to your registered email address.

If you did not request the change, disregard the email and report the occurrence to one of our BEH Travel representatives through the Contact Us link on the BEH travel webpage.

How can I find the "My Account" section for agents?

As an Agent or team member after logging into your account, anytime you want to log back into your account. Click on "My Account" from the top right side of the BEH Travel webpage.

How can I communicate with the main office as an Agent?

After logging into your Agents’ account in the “My Account” area. You can click on "NOTE," and start to chat with BEH travel’s main office.

Note: The Main office may not always show as being online, but you can still leave an offline message as you will still receive a response. Anytime you login to your account, and want to see if the main office or admin has answered you, click on “NOTE” to see if the office as replied to your previous question(s) / entry (entries).

What is the meaning of "Packages" on my account?

You can click on "Packages" and see a brief synopsis about available tour packages. By clicking on them you can view full details about those packages.

Where is my passengers’ list?

Click on "Passengers" on the left side of “My Account” area and view your current passenger list.

Note: If you are looking for any specific passenger, you have several options to search and find your passenger.

How can I find a passenger from a long list of passengers?

On the top of the passengers list, you have a series of search boxes to find passengers.

Where can I add a passenger or submit a booking?
Login to your account, click on Passengers from the left side link, and then click on the "Add New Passenger" button. Here, you will see the booking form, and will be able to fill out the form and submit the form online.

Where is the Visa field in the “Add (New) Passenger form”?

If your passenger wants to use BEH Travel visa consultant and application services then select "YES" in this box and add to the booking order for your passenger.

Where can we pick packages for our passenger(s) as a BEH Travel-associated travel agent?

On the “Add Passenger” form, after selecting visa order, you can pick a package / tour from the "Select Package" box.

Do we have different options for travel length?

Most of the tours have different "Trip Length" options. In the booking / add passenger form, select your passenger’s desired trip length from "Trip Length" box.

Where is single or double selection?

As part of add passenger form, you can select single or double occupancy for hotel rooms and services from “Occupancy field” box.

Where can I select hotel accommodation levels?

On the “Add Passenger” form, after selecting your tour package and occupancy, then you can pick hotel accommodation level from "Hotel Class" box.

How can I order "Education Courses" for a passenger as part of a tour package?

If your client wants to order education courses as part of a tour. Then, in the add passenger form, select a course from "Education Course" box.

How can I order "Education Courses" without a travel package?

If your client wants to order education courses, but doesn’t want to order a travel package. Then, click on "Services" from left side and then click on the "Order Services" button and select the course from "Education Course" box.

How can I order an "Entrance Ticket" for a passenger as part of a tour package?

If your client wants to order any entrance ticket such as a museum ticket or any other type of entrance ticket as part of a tour. Then, in the add passenger form, select any of available tickets from "Entrance Ticket" box.

How can I order "Entrance Ticket" for a passenger without a tour package?

If your client wants to order any entrance ticket such as a museum ticket or any other type of entrance ticket, but doesn’t want to order a tour package. Then, click on "Services" from the left side and then click on "Order Services" button and select the entrance ticket from "Entrance Ticket" box.

How can I rent a car for my passenger as part of a tour package?

If your client wants to rent a car as part of a tour, then in the add passenger form, select the car type from "Car Rental" box. Then, select how many days you want to use the car from next box.

How can I rent a car for my passenger without a tour package?

If your client wants to rent a car without a tour package, then click on "Services" from the left side and then click on "Order Services" button and select car type from "Car Rental" box then select how many days you want to use the car from next box.

How can I order Travel Insurance as part of a tour package?

If your client wants to order travel insurance as part of a tour, then in the add passenger form, select travel insurance from the "Travel Insurance" box.

How can I order Travel Insurance without a tour package?

If your client wants to order travel insurance, but doesn’t want to order a tour package. Then, click on "Services" from the left side and then click on "Order Services" button and select the travel insurance choice from "Travel Insurance" box.

What is "Special Notes" in the add passenger form?

If you have any special requests for/from your passenger, you can write them in "Special Notes" box in the add passenger form.

What is the meaning of "Total Cost" in the "Add Passenger" form?

After filling out the form, at the end of this form, you can click on "Total Cost" and view the full price of a specific tour package, as well as all the extra services of the booking order.

What is the "Visa Forms" in the passenger options link under each passenger?

If the passenger orders visa services as part of booking a tour package, then they need to fill out a series of forms for visa applications to that country. As a Travel Agent, you can click on "Visa Forms" and download the documentation concerning that specific passenger.

What is the "Upload Visa Documents" option in the passenger options link under each passenger?

After the passenger completes the visa application form, then you can upload the completed form from this link for that passenger to BEH Travel’s main office.

What does the "Payment" in the passenger options links under each passenger mean?

Travel Agents make a report regarding payment of each passenger by clicking on "Payment". This will create a report regarding any amount paid by the Travel Agent to the main office of "BEH Travel". This information will be used for accounting purposes between the agent/agency and the BEH Travel office.

How can I create a "Payment Report"?

Click on the "Payment" link under a passenger, then select the amount of which you want to develop a report that has already been paid from the "Package details" box. Then, select how you sent the money from the "Transfer type" option. Then, select the date which you sent money from "Payment date" option. Then, leave a message or instruction about your payment in the "Details" box. Then submit the report.

Note: You can have several partial payments for one passenger or a settled account from one full payment.

What is the meaning of "Confirmed by admin" in the "Payment" report?

BEH Travel office will review the payment and confirm when the payment has cleared through the bank. Once confirmation is received by BEH Travel from its financial institution that a payment has successfully cleared, that report will change from NO to YES under the “Confirmed by admin” option/status.

How can I check my passenger’s booking status?

As a Travel Agent, you can click on the "Booking Status" option under your passenger’s name and view the latest status of your passenger’s tour package.

How can I check my passenger’s booking(s)?

Click on "View Booking". Here, you can review booking details for a specific passenger.

How can I download my passenger’s booking(s)?

Click on the "Download Booking" option link under a passenger’s name and download the full booking details as a PDF file.

What can I do if a passenger didn’t receive the booking in their email?

Click on the "Email Booking" link option under a passenger name, and the passenger’s booking information will be emailed to the passenger again.

What is the meaning of "Status" Pending, Confirm and Cancel in the passenger list?

This option display status of this tour package is for that passenger. If it is pending, it means the visa is not ready or full payment has not been received. If it is confirmed, this means the package is confirmed and the passenger will able to use the package. And if it shows Cancel, this means that passenger package has been cancelled.

How can I communicate with BEH Travel office about a passenger as a Travel Agent?

In front of each passenger, you can find a link called "Note". Here, you can click and start to communicate offline with main office about that specific passenger.

Note: Don’t forget to leave separate notations for each individual passenger. Do not leave several different passenger notes in one message. Again, each passenger must have its own individual note.

How can I order extra services without a tour package?

You need to click on "Services" from the left side of the menu in the "My Account" area. Then, click on the “Order Services” button and complete the form.

You need to click on "Services" from the left side menu in the "My Account" area. Then, click on the “Order Services” button and complete the form.

Where can I view the accounting and payment history?

After logging into your account, click on the "Payment History" option from the left side of the “My Account” area. There you will see a list of transactions which include your full booking amount and your commission.

How can I find a specific transaction?

Inside of the "Payment History" option in the “My Account” area, you can use the search options on the top of the page to locate a specific transaction.

How can I change my information for public view?

Login to your account, click on "Edit Profile" from the “My Account” area and then edit your profile. This will also update your public profile, too.

Can I change my password?

After logging in, from the left side menu in the "My Account" area, click on the "Change Password" option, and enter your new password.

How do I Sign out?

After logging in and using your account. When you are ready to logout, click on “Sign out” located on the left side menu of the “My Account” area. This is how you can sign out from your BEH Travel Agents’ account.
